The Chaplain Ministry of Aurora Ministries offers Biblical encouragement and free resource materials for chaplains of correctional facilities throught the United States.
Our Correctional Chaplain Support Ministry is designed to help meet the Biblical material and personal spiritual needs of chaplains. Our focus is serving chaplains in jails, prisions, rescue missions, youth detention facilities and leaders in follow-up ministries.
Chaplain's Corner is a monthly column written and delivered by Rich Hines who directs our chaplain ministry. Rich develops a monthly expositional message from the Scriptures to enhearten chaplains; we hope it will greatly bless and encourage you in your ministry.
The Aurora Chaplains Training Academy (ACTA) has been established to serve Chaplains and trainees by providing training in Biblical expertise, as well as a credential validating and sanctioning them as approved and fit for gospel ministry within a correctional facility.
Aurora Ministries provides a free resource service for your "in house" jail or prison chaplaincy program so that you, the chaplain or inmate services coordinator, might better be able to minister to the special group of inmates and staff that desire religious materials.
