- 1. Who qualifies for Aurora Ministries Chaplain Resources?
- Answer: All prison, jail, rescue missions, military (brig only) Chaplains and Volunteers.
- 2. Who does not qualify?
- Answer: All other Chaplains (e.g.; industrial, hospital, foreign, military or any other type).
- 3. What is a Chaplain Enrichment Seminar?
- Answer: Eight sessions of intensified Bible teaching including prayer and fellowship with others in correctional or rescue mission chaplaincy. A special wives breakout session is also offered.
- 4. How does a Chaplain or volunteer get included in our Chaplain Enrichment Seminars?
- Answer: Download the Registration Form , fill it out and send it to us with your check before capacity is reached.
- 5. What is the cost to me if I attend a Chaplain Enrichment Seminar?
- Answer: Total cost to each Chaplain is $50.00. The spouses of Chaplains or volunteers are encouraged to attend. If your spouse is to be included, add $20.00 for a total of $70.00, plus your own transportation.
- 6. What does Aurora Ministries provide?
- Answer: all meals, coffee break items, rooms, materials and notebooks, and at least 2 books for your library.
- 7. Are children permitted at the Chaplain Enrichment Seminars?
- Answer: Unfortunately not, as we have no provisions to accommodate children and we need undistracted attention by the participants for their own spiritual and ministry benefit.
- 8. Can there be special dietary considerations at Chaplain Enrichment Seminars?
- Answer: Yes, if you let us know on your registration form.
- 9. Do we take reservations for Chaplain Enrichment Seminars?
- Answer: No, we register you on a first come first serve basis. Please send in check and registration form together. We also can process Visa, MasterCard or American Express debits.
- 10. How do we obtain directions to the Chaplain Enrichment Seminars?
- Answer: You will receive a brochure that contains directions to the specific seminar upon receipt of your registration form and check.
- 11. Who qualifies for Chaplain Enrichment Seminar attendance?
- Answer: Chaplains and gospel ministry volunteers in prison related ministries.
